Daphné Belot

Daphné Belot, partner and co-founder of the law firm Belot Bellescize Avocats, has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2013.

Daphné Belot worked in the criminal and corporate criminal law teams at Veil Jourde and FTMS before joining Metzner Associés – which later became Huc-Morel Labrousse Avocats – alongside Nicolas Huc-Morel, with whom she worked for nine years.

In 2023, she set up her own practice dedicated exclusively to criminal law, and more specifically to business criminal law, where her expertise was quickly recognised by the magazine Décideurs Juridiques. In 2024, she co-founded Belot Bellescize Avocats with Tanneguy de Bellescize.

Daphné Belot endeavours to advise and assist clients in all areas of business criminal law, in litigation, compliance and internal investigations.

Daphné Belot is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Paris Bar Institute of Criminal Law.

She is also a member of the ECBA, an organisation of criminal defence lawyers accross Europe.
